Sony's Elevated Standard hi-res amp

Signal handling
You can bridge a couple of the amp's channels together to power a subwoofer or high-performance speaker with up to 330 watts RMS — so you could use the amp to power three subwoofers, or a couple of high-performance speakers plus a sub. A more common application would be to use the amp to power two tweeters, two midrange drivers, and a sub. The front and rear channels both feature wide-range adjustable high-, low-, and band-pass filters, so you can fine-tune the sound to fit almost any combination of high-frequency tweeters, midrange drivers, and full-range speakers. The subwoofer channel has its own, separate tuning controls. The inputs can be summed and assigned, so factory pre-processed channels can be mixed together to produce full-range signals for the amp to boost. Preamp outputs let you easily add another stereo or mono amp to your system.
